The hotel was a nice comfy base for enjoying a very nice area, not far from Eyre Square and the harbour and main street. Beds were not firm enough, nevertheless it was truly a good stay. The shuttle to the city center was a great perk and breakfast was included.

Shame the bathroom was very cold.

Great value in a central location. The staff was caring and the service was FRIENDLY, so it was perfect 10/10 stay. The breakfast was absolutely superb with lots of meals. Besides, the area was really cool, next to eyre square centre.

The beds were incredibly large, and the location was comfy. Hospitable, professional people working here. Location close enough to the centre, Galway and bars. Also, a public park was just a few steps away from the hotel. Nothing too much trouble, I had a thoroughly enjoyable experience.
